NYPD Citation Fix - Eli-Moore - 12-20-2023
Police Officers should be able to have a command that writes citations (and notifying the offender that he has received a citation) they would then be able to somehow wire money into a certain bank account that would clear up the citation, and somehow notify the officer that wrote the citation of the offender paying the fine.
