Reason for PK: Not exactly sure
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I am kind of looking for closure on my character as I have been playing him for a couple weeks and just got PK'd. I am not really sure what the reason exactly was but I assume it may have to do with a mugging that previously happened to me a few hours before. If the reason for my PK' is valid that's fine but I just want to know exactly why or how I was PK'd since I was just walked up to and shot. If the PK wasn't exactly fair then hopefully I can get my character back if not back to the drawing board.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hey there I was the PKing Admin. The reason why you were PKd you snitched to the police about your mugging and one of the people that mugged you was right next to you in PD when you were asking about your case. Snitching in any case will lead to a PK with the proper evidence.

"■ You cannot PK a civilian for simply witnessing or reporting a crime, it's natural for normal civilians to call the Police or report incidents, while you may attack them for this it is not considered a valid PK reason. You may only PK a Civilian if they are actively collaborating with a government agency to take you down, this means they have signed some form of Affidavit or witness statement and/or have the intention of testifying against you or your faction in court. You may also threaten people to make sure they don’t snitch. Murder (PK) is a last resort."
Due to the fact that you did not meet the pre-requisite of writing a witness statement/affidavit and it appeared you honestly just wanted your shit back, simply reporting a crime and following up like "Oh did you guys get my shit back"
In the case that you are in a faction, the correct protocol was still not met.
Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.
Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
