Metagaming Appeal - krypsu - 12-23-2023

Reason for ban: "metagaming"
Length of ban: 3 days????
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): bit of both
Why should you be unbanned? I was being arrested for possession of drugs, which is a PK. Well, the arresting officer was a jackass. I told him in LOOC that I was going to come back and beat the fuck out of him. Which was apparently metagaming, like what the fuck even is that??? I had no previous offenses of it, and I was very honest to the staff member. I told him that I didn't know that was metagaming and asked him if I could just get noted or warned for it. The admin didn't even say a word to me, PKed my character, and then proceeded to ban me for 3 days without even talking to me about the situation. I thought that was a bit scummy aswell, because I had full intent to roleplay. I was just drug-bust and pissed off that my character was being PKed after grinding countless hours with it. I do agree that metagaming is a bannable offense, but 3 days for someone who didn't mean any harm with it, full intent to roleplay, and had no previous offenses, should not be banned for that. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I am the admin that banned you. First, you are not being honest in your dispute/apology. We had spoken before you were pk'd and banned. You signed a plea deal for 45 years which is a life sentence and pk. You did not show any intention to roleplay that evening nor did you simply threaten to come back and beat up the ADA/officer. And I quote "I'm gonna cap your ass on another character you stupid [n-word]". If you go to the server rules the definition is as follows: Metagame = Using Out of Character information In-Character. You are not someone who has no previous offenses. You have several warnings on file for a variety of rules broken and many previous bans. I thought 3 days was not that long of a ban all things considered.

Not to add, your a very immature staff member. I have came to you plenty of times for assistance, and you straight up just deny my request to show evidence or proof of someone doing something.
For instance, some dude was MRDMing at spawn, I made a ticket. I went to report him, and because "my voice was too annoying" you closed my ticket, and whilst doing so not even giving the dude a warning. So yes, you have had previous problems with me. Which is why I think this is targetting, because everytime I make a sit, its "bullshit" everybody else that makes a sit about me? "Yeah, let me give him a note" Ill wait my three days because this will probably end up being denied because you want to put words into peoples mouths, but by god I'm heading straight over to the staff-report section right after this you goofy prick.

Im not going to continue to argue with you because I know I'm right. You blocked me because you were immediantly telling me "I stand with my decision" before I even wrote an appeal.
All you had to do was read the appeal. Ive watched people that have gotten banned for 1 day for metagaming. Can you atleast just reduce my sentence?
