Reason for PK: "LTARP to avoid arrest"
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I think i should be unPK'ed because I did not do anything that would fall under PK. I had gotten a 3 day ban for LTAP/LTARP. The next day the server ban turned into a PK on that character. The reason for the LTAP/LTARP was because I left as the police was attempting to take my weapon off of me. While this was happening I did not run and didn't attempt to shoot at the police officers. I didn't break Fear RP. I spent over a week trying to get the gun, I had spent over 100K on parts to be able to craft it, and didn't want to lose it 4 minutes after I got it. I have got a good amount of money and have developed on this character and i dont' want to lose all the progress.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

You didn't just leave once, you did it twice and in your own appeal you explain the very reason on why you did it. You decided to cancel active RP that was happening when you were carrying around a class 4, it is not fair for PD if you would have just gotten a ban. Your arrest for carrying around a class 4 was perfectly IC, doesn't matter how much time or money you spent getting the gun, your decisions in the moment were ultimately what led to the PK. The initial ban was for the 1 time LTARP but there was another ticket made that you did it twice. Please read rules to avoid situations like this in the future.
