Reason for ban:RDM 9x PO
Length of ban: 1 month
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I feel a month was a bit harsh for what I did considering the guy pulled first gun on me and my mate earlier, We were driving by and clipped his car when we were not even close to it, Profusely apologised and he pulled an UZI or some type of gun out, So me and my friend left and came back a bit later with our own guns, I go up and start talking and having jokes with them kinda and I must have said something wrong, He called me a tranny or something (i am not) so I whipped out my gun when his boys pulled theirs out telling me to leave and sprayed him down and got killed myself. Then I get into the sit and he starts denying at first he pulled a gun then backtracks and adds that he did but it was a while ago (20 mins at most), I tell him I am sorry in sit if I remember right yet I feel a month is kind of unfair considering I was just retaliating.
Why should you be unbanned? I feel it was a bit unfair on my part to be banned for a whole month, Like a week I would understand yet a month is a bit harsh despite my previous offences which I may add I have matured since then and have a full RP character in a faction now. But the reason is I just feel a bit unjustified to be banned for this long for something that was not even RDM because I had reason countless times

Notes stay forever and do not expire, it's permanently on your record, and with a record like yours I can see you have done nothing but cause issues on the server. in the video you shoot someone for insulting you then continue to try and gun down 2 other people, you've been told countless times this isn't acceptable, and it seems you have a hard time learning what is acceptable and what is not. So I felt a 1month ban was necessary and would maybe allow you to for once play the server how it's meant to play and not be a public nuisance.

The ban was valid and with the POs I see why it was so long so there will not be a reduction or removal of the ban. use the time to read the rules and make sure you don't break them in the future
