Reason for ban: Mass RDM and Metagame
Length of ban: 15 days / 2 weeks
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was banned for Mass RDMing when the people who I robbed pulled up on cars on me and then proceeded to chase me down, therefore i defended myself. They chased me with guns. Lucy then proceeded to tell me that I was meta-gaming and clearly in discord when I was talking to myself/also my cousin was in the room watching me play.
Why should you be unbanned? Lucy was being completely bias and I shouldn't have been banned. She also banned my friend in-game for "Meta-game" and massive POs when he had nothing to do with anything lol? his steamid: STEAM_0:0:107973839

Overall, both video correlates with each other and it shows. You can see in my video that when they hop out the car one of them gets ran over wearing the same skin has link #1.

Hi, sorry for late response, however heres the reason for our ban:
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1051239910746640434/1191504125075128411/image.png?ex=65a5adb0&is=659338b0&hm=97ceb039f0a802a82d6982ef4287dfe26a0c2f7f0283fb33f3f7a1c65242ab8b&; here is everyone who you killed in that first clip you sent. first 3 people you managed to get effectively immediately and then you followed the last 2 and killed them. the reason its RDM is because there is no way you knew they were looking for you. in the clips that both you and the guy showed me, there was nothing mentioned of them saying theyre looking for you or your friend or even mentioned what you looked like or anything. you assumed they were looking for you eventhough they werent. hence, MRDM since you killed all 5.
as for the metagame, you followed through with sending me this clip https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/1MnBHeUAkruMYU/N957f3Lo9Uwm?invite=cr-MSxnWFosNTU5ODk1MTgs?mobilebypass=true you can see that you arent talking in game which led me to believe you was on a vc. i asked if you was and you said no, however you sent me a link to your discord server with you in the vc. i didnt say anything of being in it yet and you say 'wait one second' and you leave the vc then you tell me 'look im not in one' i do not have a ss o you being in this vc however i know there is logs that can prove you was in your server.
furthermore, you saying i was bias because you think i have a lucchese character (which i have no clue how you kwow those people were lucchese) is silly as i dont.
using 'knowing pendred' as an excuse for me to not ban you is very silly too.
the reason for the ban being 15 days is because your notes show you have rdm's and metagame and you only just came off a metagame ban 1 day ago.

You sent me the link through discord and I joined. I left it when I banned you. Furthermore, if you REALLY want to get this straight why don’t you ask your so called best friend pendred to see the log of your server channel to see I joined and you left the vc after I joined.
I was also firstly thinking it was metagame because you do not have your friends f3, as you admitted to me because I kept asking you to send me proof that you do.
You think they were looking for you because they pulled up in 2 cars however they said nothing to you when they did pull up. They put no active threat towards you. Their guns were on safety.

Do you have anymore clips on this after you ran away. I will look into this more.
I understand the cars pulling up in a weird way and stopping right where you were at. It's just hard to say if they were an active threat or not due too them still being at the car as you go around the corner. Yes it was possible they were looking for you but IC you have no idea of that as well unless you got information about it before hand and if you did please let me know. (Can't be any discord stuff)
With the whole metagame situation it's hard to say if you were in a discord vc (Could just be talking to yourself)

I mean if you see the clip you can see one of the guys running towards me, and the guy I mugged was there aswell which I remembered so I know for a fact that they were coming after me.
