Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I never mugged anyone I had someone under fear rp and there are no rules stating that you can be pked for having someone under fear rp although there is for mugging.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

Hi, I am the one who PKed your character. You walk up to someone in Little Italy, point a gun at him and tell him to put his hands up. He complied and surrendered, you then tell him to follow you and you start wallking off whilst keeping the gun pointed at him, luring him away from the public into somewhere more secluded. This is when some other guy runs across the street from the gun shop and sees you luring this guy away under gunpoint. He asked if the guy who was surrendered was being mugged, you tell the guy to go away or you will shoot him. You then took shots at the guy and after a back and forth, he killed you.

you were clearly attempting to mug this man by holding him under fear rp and taking him to the ally way and you were killed in the process this is a PK.
