Why should you be unbanned? Originally what we were doing on the boat with weed growing and processing was not supposed to involve anyone else or any other activity but I started hearing about how the people at the boat house who are the Sombras had started being pissy and weird with us going near their property, they eventually started to shit talk us for no reason and when we would shit talk back they would start to point guns. This led to us firing back and it eventually escalated to a civilian vs Sombra mock war. What we did was just to annoy them but they eventually started to blatantly rdm/mass rdm us. They would point guns at us from far away so as soon as we shot the guy with the gun, another guy would appear from the water and shoot us. I made a ticket on one of them too because he would just start randomly open firing on anyone after he peeked through the door with a galil but I didnt want him warned and neither did I want him banned so the only thing I requested was for him to stop randomly shooting and comp from the admin who took the ticket. One of us had the worst of it because he had been rdmed for more than 4 times and would constantly lose any equipped item he had. We then moved the boat to be closer to docks so we wouldn't have to swim so much because the weed npc is across the map.
When all the fighting was constant mangos had pulled me and 3 other people into the sit and I had to explain why we were fighting and the Sombras had to explain why they were fighting. Before this, I talked to mangos about them but as I said earlier I did want them to get banned I just said I wished they would stop on their side so we could stop too wich is basically what I said in the last sit with the guy who was mass rdming. Mangos had not banned me or any sombras members instead he asked us to leave each other alone and we respected that. We stopped all instigation and they stopped shooting at us.
Everything had seemed to have been resolved and all the Sombras and civilians that were growing on the boat hopped off. But I hopped on the next morning to get my alt char pk'd since the Don of Lucchese had asked me to delete that char due to UA having issues with what we were doing. And because I didn't want any issues with UA I asked to be set pk active by an admin in my ticket and then go shoot cops. During this I reloaded my gun and all of a sudden I was greeted with a ban message saying "Banned by Rem for rdm bait, you will be unbanned in: never". I was confused as to why I was banned for rdm bait since the last time I really did anything was last night, mangos had already dealt with it, and my PO's would not lead to a perma ban but after an hour or two later monaclu joins vc and I asked him why I was permad and he said it was because of a clip of me shooting someone after I dropped a weed baggy onto their property. I was confused because I thought everything that happened last night was resolved since we were in the wrong and they were in wrong too and no issues were to come of it since in mangos words "both parties seemed to be at fault" and the Sombras would let it go like how we let it go.
It feels like a perma ban from Rem is extremely harsh because as I said my PO's would not lead into it and most of my rdm warns and rdm bait warns are months old. Also whoever made the UA ticket knew that I wouldn't be able to defend myself since I would not able to respond. Either way I understood that morning before the ban that I needed to avoid anything like this and stop the minge chars since Boom himself told me so. I don't want to be permad and I just bought donator a day ago before this and it just seems extremely harsh to receive this as punishment.
