Reason for PK: Suicide while evading cops
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I died while handcuffed in the water being dragged by a cop who instead of calling an admin to teleport me up the ladder of the pier, kept dragging me until i sank and died. I didnt willingly commit suicide to evade cops, id rather be arrested than pk'd but this cop just kept tryna drag me up without success until i sunk and died cause i couldnt move. Kept trying to explain this to the admin but he still ruled it a PK and told me to appeal
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guideline: I asked for the admin to show me the video so i could post it here as evidence but he never posted it.

If anyone should be calling an admin in this situation its the arresting officer to ask for a TP of the criminal up the ladder, just like when they need to get people up the sewer ladders. Whether i called an admin or not has no impact on the fact the cop got me killed and not myself, therefore making the PK null and void.
