Reason for blacklist (if given): Prop block
Why should they be returned?: I highly doubt my appeal will be accepted, but I just wanted to express that I am now a completely changed person. I feel both embarrassed and ashamed of how I used to act back then. I have been playing Diverge Networks for a long time now, and with my new character who is on the run from the police, I am eager to build a shelter with pet permissions. I kindly ask to have my privileges that I paid for returned. Thank you very much for reading my application. I hope we can come to an agreement.

We have determined this blacklist to be reasonable and/or justified.
My reasoning is this: You have a note for LTARP where you deleted a character while in police custody. It does not seem you are responsible enough to have pet flags in the sense you said your reasoning for wanting it back was to build a shelter while hiding from cops. Although when you try to rp with police it seems like you may just delete yourself and not add any valuable rp to the server.
I ask you to please stay out of trouble for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days feel free to apply again and it may be reconsidered. Thank you
