Long Answer
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I'm on the server a lot almost all day. I want to enforce the rules so everyone can have a good time and a good RP. I think I can staff and do 20 tickets a week and probably can do more than 20. I really want to help new people have a good RP and find where they are welcomed. Even with school I spend most of my time on diverge. I know a lot of staff and it looks fun and I think I could do it pretty easily. I feel like becoming staff is a great way because I can meet new people that I wouldn’t in rp.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I think I would be better staff than other candidates because I'm a hard worker and would basically be on 24/7 helping out with tickets. I enjoy when people are doing RP and having fun on the server. I've never taken a LOA too and I don't plan on starting. I think I could add to the staff team and the server. I'm vary motivated to help the server.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say I'm well known in the community. My reputation with some places is great and others are normal because they probably don't know me yet. I think other members are chill with me. In the community I'm in I think they respect me. My reputation between members and the community I would say is great.

Problem Solving
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would make a ticket so a on duty staff could take care of it and have the rdming stop and let everyone enjoy their Rp.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip what he did and confront him after I would send what they did to a higher staff member.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I wouldn't take the ticket in the first place because of bias but if I did I would treat the person I know like I would any other person.
