Reason for ban: Interrupting inauguration/alting

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The reason for this appeal is because I feel like I deserve to give this community one final apology and to try and plead my case that 2 years has been a long time for a ban. I would like to state that I apologize for my actions to the community and upper management and hopefully I can prove just how sorry I am.
Why should you be unbanned? I have been permanently banned off of Diverge Networks for nearly two years, 723 days to be exact, I have been apart of this community for much longer than that and feel that I have served my penance. The reason why I was banned in the first place was because I shot one of the Mayoral Candidates, I do not remember the exact details as it was nearly two years ago but I was playing with a group of my friends late at night and of course we were messing about and I decided like a dummy to shoot him, I have come to regret these actions over time and no longer play or have any contact with any single one of these minges that I was previously friends with.
Now I will discuss the ban for alting which I picked up on another account "STEAM_0:0:613693385". At the time of my last appeal I had forgotten about this ban prior to appealing and I apologize for that. I was with a friend who desperately wanted me to play and I told him I couldn't so I tried to alt and failed, I have not done this since nor attempted. I believe, I was just caught up in the heat of the moment and made an irrational decision which I have come to heavily regret as it has clearly not helped me get unbanned. I truly hope that you can see that 2 years is more than suitable time to see that I have changed and wish to be apart of this amazing community once again.
I would really like to come back to the core of MafiaRP, as even though, I at the time only played to “fuck around” I began to miss it and as you can see from this appeal I have truly tried to explain everything I remember and apologise for my actions.
Furthermore, I apologize to anyone negatively impacted by my actions but I doubt many are still around, to the ones that are, I am sorry. To all the UA which had to manage the chaos caused by my shooting I apologize to them as well. To Pendred who I imagine was disappointed and shocked that this happened to their server I apologize too.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I asked in the discord for permission to appeal before the 6 months from my previous appeal and they allowed it.
