Chaotic shit was happening, I pulled over a car full of people after they were screaming about rape and drugs in the vehicle thats when it all started, there was a bombardment of 8 cars hitting eachother and trying to run us over in which they basically all died they ran over MULTIPLE people and I just kept shooting because they kept coming back even after dying.
Then James Thompson is trying to get a car "unstuck" in his taxi, he was trying to get the original guys car that I pulled over car unstuck.
He hits it once going slowly which I understood, but then he backs up, speeds up, and hits it even harder with another blue car infront of it after coming back again he knocks out a white shirt which could've EASILY been the 5 people in the area on the sidewalk if we didn't move away 2 seconds before.
What im getting at, is from my perspective it was just another retard hitting cars trying to VDM us on the sidewalk even WITH a rail guard there, ontop of that the admin "H4xx3z"

The orange car driver died and came back for multiple swipes, I've got more clips if you need but this ENTIRE instance was going on for close to 8 minutes because the original stop drivers wearn't complying about putting hands up, etc...
Why should you be unbanned? (Un-warned)
1. IC issue, excessive force
2. James asked H4xx3z multiple times to not warn me based on the entire situation
3. Admin said "my headset is about to die" before letting me show my clip, didn't even give me a chance to show what was happening
4. I agree it was a little rediciolious but I was ran over 3 times, with like I said, 8 cars who consistantly kept driving away and coming back to run people over.
5. I never even saw his side of the clip because the admin returned me so fast, but if we look at mine, he DID hit a person standing on the sidewalk WHICH, does count as VDM on his end. "targeting people on sidewalks", "or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM"

Next clip shows,
Purple jeep hitting orange car (Doesn't get shot because they drove away and apolagized, didn't wanna get involved)
Gray truck thing RIGHT after the clip ends runs into the taxi's car and blue car, hitting 2 other people (Gets shot)
Orange Car hits multiple cars, and multiple people including myself, he then comes back for a 3rd time around (after dying) in the clip, so I kill them.
Blue car was there since the start, they got out after hitting me the first time and running away mid traffic stop.
You can clearly hear the anger in my voice because it was already a fucked up situation (traffic stop for the retard yelling hes kidnapped and has drugs in the trunk)
Then the mass VDM started, first 2 guys VDMing I let off with a warning and told them to drive away, then the 6 other came along WHILE in the traffic stop.
At 0:40 you see James in his taxi FIRST hitting the car on the rails, somewhat slow but still almost knocking out brown jacket guy.
At 0:50 you see James AGAIN in his taxi, going faster than last time, and knocking someone out.
Maybe I shouldn't of killed him instantly, but considering the situation, I think it was 100% justified considering right after this clip I got knocked out AGAIN by the Gray Pickup truck.

Entire situation was fucked, but I do genuinely believe it wasn't RDM or an OOC situation to be brought IC, he ran someone over in the end, and considering the whole situation, he was involved maybe indirectly but he did still run someone over, admin gave me zero chance to give my clip or tell my side, he wasn't spectating and only saw a clip of me killing James, from my understanding he clipped it to not show him running over the white shirt.
