Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I want to help players and teach them so that they can have a great time on the server. 2nd I think that the server is worth my time and I enjoy playing on it. 3rd I get to hang around my friends. 4th Many players have gave me motivation on helping people on the server. 5th I think I would be good at the job. 6th I want punish players who cheat.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * Because I will carry out tasks and do a lot to make the server enjoyable to others. 2nd I think everyone deserves a chance on being staff if they fit the requirements. 3rd I am active and I almost play everyday. 4th I think that I fit the requirements to join the staff team. 5th I am quick to problem solving.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I used to be a Staff manager, Root, mod, Senior admin.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes and I do not remember most of them.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I am not really on the good side with reputations but I have problems on finding the right vibe to connect with people. 2nd I would say that I am funny or just silly when it comes with reputations. 3rd Some of the Kosher nostra are chill with me and I like to hang around them. 4th I am a little bit annoying sometimes but most of the time I can be chill a relax person. 5th If I had to say the one thing that I have a reputation of being on the server would be "Silly"
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: The staff team. 2nd the factions. 3rd The role play. 4th cars and money. 5th and custom suits.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I cannot take my own ticket but I can alert other staff members with a clip and say that there is a person rdming.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip it and talk to someone higher and tell them about the persons behavior.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: No matter how much I know him I still have to listen to the other side and see if it's true or false.

Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. Your consistent activity on the server will also be monitored and applications can remain open for weeks before any sort of decision is made on them.

Under long answer its says "Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum" you have not met this and only done some simple one sentence answers please review your application.
Did not answer if you have been banned if not say no.
Can you elaborate on how the staff team if your favourite moment.
For the most part majority of your answers need elaborating and/or expanding

I wouldnt recommend this dude cause instead of giving a simple a apologise about being on his rapelist he made it worse. Lucky for him I didn't report him at that time.

looking at this in a genuine unbiased way. Considering you've made multiple statements saying you have problems with mental health and autism, I do not believe you should be staff. Video game or not, that shit is just weird, you should be grateful you havent been banned yet. Another thing to put into consideration is your PO's.
