What flags were blacklisted from you?: phys and tool
Reason for blacklist (if given): cause i was prop mining
Why should they be returned?: cause i need it for dupes and stuff and i wont prop minge ever again i did it once not going to do it again.

If that was meant to be an apology, that was terrible, you had a previous warning for prop abuse, and you did it again, at this point you can't be trusted with the flags so they will stay gone
