Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Honestly i don't know what rule would this follow under since this is a long complicated situation i'll just start from the beginning. i was a retired made/sicario in ccng i've been in it since december of 2023 whom just recently went back to being Colombo's. i was removed from all the discords a few days ago for no reason at the same time they left Olympus and they never gave or explain to me what was going on and also no one ever dmed or tried speaking to me. i tried talking to the current don at the time and he told me he didn't know why and he would investigate he also said he would invite me back to the discord if everything was good that never happened. it's been almost a week he never responded to any of my dms or tried speaking with me or any high command for that matter. they just removed me from everything for no reason and i was retired. but they kept me in the faction whitelist i hopped on the server a couple days ago and went to the property's to speak to them in person all the high ranks ignored me and stared at me everytime i tried to speak to them. while only new hires would even talk to me. then later in the day i was told by a couple of members within the faction that said i was going to be pked and they didn't give a reason that it just wasn't up for conversation with them and that my only option was to be killed for no reason or leave and change identity's. Sadly i ended up just leaving the faction whitelist last night since no one would even attempt to speak to me or try to work things out they just wanted to get rid of me. then later today i hopped on and was afk/tabbed out and the clip show's the rest.

Hello Night, I was the admin that oversaw this pk. You were Don's ordered. If you are online while you are PK active, you can be killed at any time. You left the faction yesterday as a made guy and joined an opposing faction today. You were killed within 22 minutes of the order being given. And, while observing you, you were actively playing and moving. You did stand still for and within 20 seconds of being still you were pk'd.

From what i can see it looks like a valid dons order and I don't see any rules broken. You were made in a faction and left without permission, thats a good enough reason for a don to kill you, and being AFK doesn't make you immune to being PKed if you were properly afk it would have kicked you from the server but you were tabed out for 10 seconds.
