So after the event occured i stayed on for at least 30 minutes to ensure an admin sit doesnt occur. which it didnt, however when i left and tried to relog afterwards it stated i was banned. With reasonings that arent true. The staff member essentially banned me due to my POs, from previously which I HAVE learnt my lesson and DO NOT rdm bait or bait at all - especially in this case. It was not a case of baiting and I believe i was not able to defend or explain my self properly as i werent there. I spoke with the staff member on discord and they reduced it to 1 day however I am still appealing again because I was not Minging or Baiting etc.
Why should you be unbanned?
I was in my due right to kill the two people as you can see in the video. I came to buy food as i was hungry. Was asked to pay 200, and paid 20, i left then saw i paid 20 and returned to pay the rest. Upon returning the lady immediately was disrespectful and saying nope, get the fuck out etc and had a horrible attitude and i came back to pay the rest. So being irritated by them I RP it as i had them money in 20s to show my discomfort and unappreciation for that attitude. Furthermore i wouldn't have had time to /me drops 180 bucks in 20s and actually RP it out as the environment was fast paced and wouldnt allow it. Nor would it allow for RP due to the fact it was clearly escalating quickly. So i quickly paid. and was leaving. I said a couple words whilst leaving and was hit by the security guard whilst i was OUTSIDE the property. So i was shooting him, he went inside and i ran in and killed him. Not before the lady at the counter opened fire on me and actually hit me. And i returned fire and killed them.
During this event, there were countless times to show i was NOT RDM baiting nor minging but actually RPing. I could've killed other bystanders which the lady was standing behind but i held my fire and specifically targetted them. I am not RDM baiting or baiting period. But RPing. Please see the video. I spoke with the staff member who clarified I was essentially banned for the benefit of the doubt due to my POs. Which i am not sure of but whatever. They reduced it down to 1 day but I am appealing as i do not wish this to be on record as this was not a baiting situation and rather a valid kill and RP.
The person who made the ticket also stated i was baiting and causing issues earlier during the comedy night, which was NOT the case. With many witnessess there. They further did not provide any clips or evidence of it which the staff member took into consideration when banning me - again due to the POs.
Point being it was a valid kill, no malicious intent to bait and RDM. so please see the video below.

Hello! I'm the staff member that banned you. I originally reduced your ban from 3 days to 1 day given the fact we had a discussion in DMs where you were nice, and not acting like a child throwing a temper tantrum raging to be unbanned. You were told not to pay in 20s, and continued to pay in 20s. You had disconnected since the ticket was made, and given your notes and previous bans, I made the decision to ban you. You were given 3 warnings to leave, and the person with the bat swung at you, doing their job. You then left the bar, and they stopped swinging at you. You then re-entered and shot the person, later killing the lady with the pistol. You were already off the property and you properly paid the lady. This is why I considered it baiting, as it seems like you were baiting for a reaction. Let me clarify something else, I stated this "they said you had been minging and baiting all night". I never specified where, as the people who made the ticket didn't either.
