Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute and apology.
Why should you be unbanned?: I was riding my bike around little Italy and ran a guy over, I fully admit to the VDM as I did run him over and apologise, but a police cadet then picked up the guy and body slammed him, causing his death, The police cadet was killed, but as I was in the area the admin decided to pin all the blame on me. I have been on the server all day, I enjoy the community and understand I sometimes fuck around and apologise, but the RDM stuff is ridiculous. Again I apologise for fucking around.

Hi I am the staff that took this sit and would like to offer my perspective. I took this sit and was presented video evidence of him running over the pedestrian and the cadet. Both the pedestrian and cadet we're killed within less than a minute of each other. In this video evidence the surrounding area was well shown as the victim was looking around him often, there was no other people in the area at the time of the incident. The first person to be hit was the pedestrian as the cop was about 10 feet behind him. The pedestrian would've recovered before the cop would've even been able to grab the unconscious body and slam them. Both the pedestrian and the cop we're killed by being slammed into the ground. Therefore, your story doesn't really add up.

Therefore, your story doesn't really add up.The only evidence you have is me running the civilian over, dont know if there are logs that show if someone is grabbed, but I would appreciate you providing more evidence, There were other people in the area closer to World Corp.
