Hi. I'm the person who carried out the PK on your character. One of the high command members of The Colombo Crime Family ordered your death for refusing high command orders, refusing to give your name and disrespecting other Made members of the faction. When you join a faction you get a little pop-up on your screen that basically says "The Don has the right to order your death at any point in time for reasons they see fit." If you click the button that says "I accept and understand the risks." You are accepting the possibility that your life can become forfeit at any given moment.

I gave my name and handled the issue, and regarding disrespect, that's not very good roleplaying when it comes to new players of the server not explaining anything.

Hello I am the person who Issued the order on you the reason why the order on you was because of the situations I had with you I saw you come out of my casino door and I asked you to Introduce yourself to me you asked for my name as well I said I can't then you said you can't either then you walked out of my casino I followed you and asked you again and tried to explain to you that you have to give your name to certain people but you can't get theirs but you just walked away mid conversation and said I don't like this whole I give everyone my name but I don't get theirs you can just call me Angelo I then walked Into my casino had one of my made guys who had your name to find you and tell you to give me your name when you were found later you happened to be near the casino again multiple made men were talking to you telling you to give me your name you finally did after multiple times asked by not just me at that point but by other made men and while walking away one of my made guys said don't walk away when a mans talking to you Its disrespectful and you said well I just did I then Issued the order for disrespect, and not giving me your name even tho you were told to multiple times I feel because of this situation that an order was In order and I see In the appeal that you said you were new but In no way did you tell me that but even If you didn't like I said before I tried to explain to you that you have to give your name to certain people but you didn't listen If a staff finds this situation unwaranted for an order then your appeal will probably be accepted but I felt the way you were going about and and talking was very disrespectful and not listening to me even though I told you to give It to me.

Hello, so, this is going to be a denial. Unfortunately, when you're in a criminal organization you can really be pked for any reason. There's not a lot of oversight that goes into it, and there's an inherent risk to joining a criminal organization. In your next character, I would recommend remembering this instance as you go forward in your RP experience in the future.
