Date of PK: 3/30/24
Reason for PK: I was pked due to being set pk active as another character was the target and another shot me.
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was following my partner into our establishment, and a man was in there who was the brother of the man who was originally pk active and there is no way he would have known about it without Metagaming which makes the PK invalid.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: So unfortunately I did not but my partner did on his Appeal, his name is Michael Cicero
