Reason for ban: Punch minge, RDM bait, fail name, NITRP, low quality player
Length of ban: 10 days
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute and apology.
Why should you be unbanned?: Please check the logs you can see the vast majority of fist fights that I engaged in were with people who instigated them, had no Idea that being named keemstar was against the rules, nothing was explained to me in the staff sit. And calling me a low quality player? I have been playing the server for months, I know I sometimes fuck around, but this time is ridiculous. I would like you to check the logs. I do apologise, however, for the name, but surely this could have been explained to me, as another one of my previous characters Ronnie Pickering could have also fallen under the "fail rp" rule but I was never told off for that name. Also how was I rdm baiting when people initiated fights with me?. NITRP, I have been playing the server regularly for a while now, I did nothing that indicated that I did not want to RP at all,i enjoy playing on the server and have donated which is something that I rarely do when it comes to gmod RP servers, also I have been playing for most of the day and have had no other issues. Would like another staff member to look through the logs.

This is your sixth ban this annual quarter. I was on my staff character observing you for close to 15 minutes watching you break NLR, walking up to people with no context or communication and punching them. (NITRP, Low quality player, Punch Minge).
You have 9 days playtime. Between your experience & substantial notes/bans, you should be more than aware that the name "Daniel "Keemstar" Keem is a fail name and is top tier minge behavior.
In any other case another warning or smaller ban would be the route I would take. However you just came off of a 6 day ban and proceeded to continue these antics.
I really hope this is the last time you get banned, you have a decent amount of playtime and according to your appeal, you enjoy playing on this server. I look forward to seeing you in the server again!

Would also like to add, I was also advertising street fights, people who assaulted me were all willing participants and when you check the logs you will be able to clearly see that the vast majority of people instigated the PVP, this was also well within the bounds of RP. I just think this is an excuse to extend the ban further. Also you TPed me and changed my name, which I thought was fair enough, you failed to explain why else I was there and did not answer any of my questions, and in the next minute I was banned.

Obviously from the perspective of the staff member you were walking around punching people with a fail name. You're getting banned a lot and it's not normal for players to have this many problems when playing diverge. I will reduce this appeal but will deny future ones if you fail to behave going forward.
