What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to help out with Events, make sure everyone is not minging and abiding by all the rules and make this server popular by advertising it as much as I can, I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to an exciting and a forward-thinking server which can aim for a successful server. You guys are big but by having me and just increasing your staff team by 1 you will have another active staff member to the team. I will be Determined to serve the server as much as I can. I am also very flexible with time along with my work, I try to put in 100% into all servers just to make sure the server is Minge Free and clear of all people who don't want to roleplay.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I can do the work and deliver exceptional results. I will fit in beautifully and be a great addition to the team. I possess a combination of skills and experience that make me stand out. I understand how all the commands work along also I have been staff a multiple servers so I understand the basic server rules, I have also read over your server rules twice to make sure what people can and can't do along side typing this I'll be looking over PK rules just in case If I get promoted in the future. (Please list where what role and how long):I was staff a at MP for s bit then moved over to HD network as a co owner and then I left since one of the owners wasn't good enough and I tried out MP again but got bored so I waited until another server came out which was vintage and then I got banned on the server for doing my job as a staff member.

You are currently on an RP character/Off-Duty and someone proceeds to RDM. How do you handle this?: I would go onto my staff char and speak to him about it and give him the correct punishment for rdmx1.
You’ve noticed that a fellow staff member, that is higher/equal rank to you, abusing his powers. What do you do?: I would report it to UA+ and if I have any evidence I would send that to them as well after that it will be out of my hands.
One of your great friends decides to join the server. You soon receive multiple complaints from players that your good friend is minging, not following rules and RDM’ing. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would have to warn them to stop or otherwise he will be banned and if he carry on then I will ban him for the correct time even if he is a friend.

-1 You're extremely disrespectful. It reminds me of a child you got extremely mad when I told you to delete your props. You called me a "retard" non stop and saying well it gives me the right to build here if I'm going to buy. First off no it doesn't realistically you wouldn't be able to build there if you didn't own it. Personally I think you're not fit for staff if you cant even handle yourself like that and remember staff's word is final it doesn't matter if it isn't in the rules.
