look Ill be straight up, i saw a ton of dude huddled around a body this is my first day on the server and i got no warning or anything, I apologize for punching a dead guy while they were siti0g.
I am just trying to have some fun with my friends and play on a new server

Yes hello, i was the staff member in question that issued the banned. A ticket was made by the victim himself regarding a glitched gun. Naturally i take the ticket and teleport to him to find him unconcious on the floor. I was waiting for him to get back up before several people including your came up. They tried to take his body away but i insisted that they return the body where it was to prevent him from loosing the gun. That's where you came up and picked the body which in turn resulted him dead.
Several things to note:
- I understand you're a first timer, however this is a Serious-RP server. In usual cases, i would warn for first time offenses.
- After you did killed the victim, you waste no time and tried running away from the situation.
- I would've accepted an apology and given you a warn instead if it wasn't because of you running away.
- A 1-Day ban is considered light punishment here, you can check out the rest of the bans in the Bans page under forums and you will see much more severe punishments handed out to people with the same offense by other staff members.
In conclusion, i banned you not because you're "black", despite what your other "friends" say, i banned you because of how you handled the situation itself.
