Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):ok when rem took me into the sit he asked me if I abused my pet flags I went I don't beleve so they he said yes or no I said no so he baited me into saying that so he would be able to
Why should you be unbanned?i beleve this was a bad action by rem and how he tried to bait me to ban me for more time rem has admitted to me multible times that he thinks I am a minge and I beleve that's why he bans me for longer

While I wouldn't really say I was baiting? I was more or less testing to see if you would lie to me as I was not on to see your actions, but I saw through Chad's discord stream that you were clearly abusing your flags. While I don't understand how it would be my fault that you lied. I asked you many times, did you abuse or misuse your PET flags and gave you examples. You finally said no. (Note you did not say anything while I continued to ask. You said once "I don't know".) While the main ban length was not from lying to staff. Your time was mainly due to having many many warnings and bans, and clearly you don't intend or want to play correctly. You were previously banned and you said that you read the rules multiple times. You were also previously told by Chad to stop abusing your pet flags prior to the sit and was given a warn. You did not stop clearly.
Also, I have never said that you were a minge to you, or in any chat. Regardless if I did or did not, your time would obviously increase if you are a minge or are constantly breaking rules over and over again. This is how punishments works, they exponentially increase over the course of more notes/bans.

maybe I have so many warns because I have 2 weeks and 2 days playtime on diverge if I was a minge do you think I would have over 400 hours invested into your server
