Organization Backstory (Min. of 150+ Words): The Smiley Cult was originally founded in 1972 as a branch of the Cult of Hudson Bay known as the Order of Saint Ursula, an occult organization created for the purpose of human sacrifice and cold blooded murder. Shortly after the retirement and dissolution of the Order, several of its founding members went into exile at a camp somewhere in upstate where they committed mass suicide by ingesting cyanide. One of its surviving members, locally nicknamed The Undead Bride, decided it was a time to have a reformation and bring the occult world back together. She began to recruit new members in her underground world and eventually acquired a crew of people ready to be initiated into the secret society of the Smiley Cult. Since its reformation, there have been several murders in the upstate and Manhattan areas of New York, all left unsolved. The only evidence that was found was a smiley face on a piece of paper at every single crime scene. The Smiley Cult is rumored to roam the surface only at night, and where they go during the day is currently unknown.
Forgot to mention the addition of this faction would create a unique faction in the server as opposed to all the crime families and what not.

This is gonna be a minge faction like every other cult/religious factions. If people want to cult rp then they should actually prove they are competent before becoming a faction. Many apply for factions only for it to either go inactive or get removed for minging.
