Reason for ban: mass rdm and cop character abuse

Why should you be unbanned? i should be unbanned because the reasons i was banned for did not make since. the reasons were mass rdm and cop character abuse. i disagree with my punishment's/reasons is because i was rping the whole time. my one friend that i killed said it was ok and it was part of a rp that i was doing. and the others that i killed was because they had their guns out pointing at me. (i had my gun out first before anyone i killed) and about the cop character abuse i don't think this is a good reason because it should not be cop character abuse because i had access to the gun rack and i have keys for all the doors. i did what everyone else does goes down and gets a gun and use it on someone if they are being threaten and such so everyone might as well get banned for cop character abuse thank you for reviewing my forum have a good one - marco

You went 'rogue' as some call it. You blatantly RDMed somebody in the lobby because they were "resisting". The other officers in the lobby immediately questioned it and pulled out their weapons. You then put away your weapon and then other officers were starting to give an attempt to arrest you. You then proceeded to break FearRP and initiate gunfire against other officers. This isn't corruption either, it is simply RDM and misuse of your weapon/power. You then killed an officer and attempted to kill the other but died I believe. Once I switch to my staff character to then review what happened, you were in the basement of PD and other officers were attempting to look for you. You then proceeded to shoot the officer that told you to stop once again breaking FearRP.
I will admit maybe it was not enough ARDM/RDMs to be considered MassRDM, but your intentions were quite clear as you were not stopping and continued to go rogue. Again, this all stemmed from a RDM of a civilian in the PD lobby, which was unarmed and was not doing ANYTHING. I witnessed this all firsthand.

the civ in the lobby was my friend rem and i had permission to kill him i was in a call with him the whole time and he said it was ok. and i don't recall putting my gun away at all until i died but if you saw me put my gun away its my bad for the fear rp. and if i did break fear rp wouldn't it just be a warn or a pk but i get if if i was in the wrong for that rem. and i don't think you could consider me going rouge because you could not possible know my intentions after the fact that i died plus i didn't go on when i died because once you die its a new life so i wouldn't be able to kill anyone after and if i were to i would consider it rdm.

I was the staff member with the banning admin on that certain situation.
I would also like to add that your ban was justified as what Rem has stated from the actual Diverge Networks Guidelines.

You violated Fear RP two times, as well after technically being PK'd by Law Enforcement, you decided to go for a 2nd run and grab another shotgun and go on a spree again, which resulted you being shot again on the 2nd floor of the Precinct. You had the intent to kill more people for no reason which is a clear violation of our guidelines. You also stated that you wanted to get fired, so you pulled this stunt with your "friend" however that does not mean you can shoot up the PD without Gamemaster approval, as well to violate every rule that was stated in our responses. If I recall you have at least one month playtime on the server itself and even tried to apply for staff, which means you would had to familiarize yourself with our rules which means you knew what you did was wrong.
