What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I've always wanted to see what it's like to be a staff member on a full server with active rule breakers and active reports. Ever since I joined Diverge I thought it was a great generous community with a large open world map and many places and people to explore. I will be available most hours or at least most of the days and I plan to be an active part of the staff community. I will help out with new players and help explain rules, punishing rule breakers and following guidelines to a T. I will be very approachable and have them feel very welcomed within the Diverge community.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I have good communication skills, for example, a good friend of mine, Mel, was feeling depressed the other day so she talked to me about it and I cracked a few jokes and told her things would get better if she’d keep her head up. She told me how great she felt in the end. I also do tasks given to me to the best of my abilities and I'm very strict but nice, example: staffing in a small community a man by the name of “Joe Nuts” was reported by RDM, turns out he was a new player and didn't understand so i gave him a 5 minute jail and the command for rules.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): yes apple gaming (1 week it was shut down) and Ice Fuse cityrp 2 weeks

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *yes i say i'm well known. Some people think of me as a minge some people think of me as generous it depends on the character they saw me play on

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Switch to my staff character bring both parties ask them what happened ask them for any proof and follow procedure from there
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report said staff member and list any proof i might have
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I wait for another staff member to take the ticket because there could be a possible bias
