Hello.


I want to start by apologizing to the people who RP experience got disrupted and/or ruined by me, i also want to apologize to diverge staff for putting up with me and my mingy behavior for months. This is my second ban appeal and probably gonna be my last chance to redeem myself. I genuinely love the mafiarp community its incredibly fun and because of that iv spent countless hours in it. I probably harmed the community a couple times because of my riots and other shenanigans which I'm sorry for, i really just wanted to have fun and make people have fun with me. If I'm allowed back I'm gonna stick with my Lawyer character mostly and probably make a real estate business, i will occasionally play on niggatoni but just for RP scenarios like Boxing or a party somewhere and prob some drugs too. 



Why should you be unbanned?


How will i contribute with serious RP in the server? 

Well, iv been playing mafiarp for more then 3 years, iv been high ranks in Governments(Councilman, Minister of Relations),Police (First Deputy Comissioner, Lieutenant, Captain of Detectives) Gangs (NSG), and Crime (Vollero Crime Family) families so i know my way around, also some of you can probably vouch that when i played serious it was decently good. Overall i just want to come back in the community and have fun but this time i wont fuck with the rules nor do random "nigga gatherings". So ye this is my honest ass appeal.

I was there when he got banned. I got banned aswell but it got revoked by rem. I think his appeal is sincere. When we were talking he showed regret. He had plenty of time to think about the situation that got him banned as well as previous bans.

I've had quite a few experiences with this guy. A couple of them I can name are him and I fighting when I was SWAT 2 servers back, him leading a boxing ring on Diverge, and also him acting as ADA on Diverge.

Honestly, he's a pretty good character. Good at role-playing his characters seriously, and even though the famous niggatoni riots always end up in people breaking rules, sometimes they're refreshing and enjoyable.

I think he should be given another shot, and the rules drilled into his head so we can get the good parts of his RP without the bad.

Even Though I am banned from the server I have played mafia with this guy since Typhon and yes his gatherings can get mingy they were refreshing but when he didn't do them he was one of my favorite people to Role play with if it was a party a event or even just to talk in my opinion he should be given another chance but mine should not matter since I am perma myself but I thought I should give my saying.

Pretty sure the rules on this section state that you can't comment on ban appeals unless you were directly involved with the situation or it's a permaban.


Anyway as an NYPD Sergeant and Former Captain, I feel like Mr. Niggatoni actually gave us something to do with his riots back in Jan as the GM team were doing no events, and we really had nothing to do shoot punch minges.  

From a staff perspective, I know this individual has many warns & bans in the past, however people can change in a time period, I can't really speak for him on how he has changed or if he has, but say give him a chance. I say lets give him his chance to let his actions speak better than his words.

An example of this is your name "niggatoni", which is an inherently mingey name. If you are unbanned, what are you going to do differently? How will you deal with the type of people you tend to attract, them being those who also have no regard for the rules?

I am all for second chances, and giving people an opportunity to show they have changed, and intend to do things differently. But based on your history, and the incredible amount of warns and bans you amassed in the month you were on the server, I find it hard to believe that you have changed. Persuade me that if you're unbanned it won't be like before.

I understand that the times you've seen my interactions they are mingy situations because obviously those are the loudest and the ones that attract RDM and rule braking, but when i do serious RP i also attract good players that today are still good active players of the community. An example of this is Manuel (@Romullus) which i recruited for NSG and worked from Hustler to Acting Boss and is currently a judge and a Don of another family. Another example is Gustavo Salazar who i also recruited in NSG and is now a Underboss in the Cartel De Medellin who also provides good passive RP for a lot of players.

How will it be different now?

Well ill completely stop doing unauthorized riots. If i get unbanned and staff finds me starting a riot again i would agree to perma exile me and never let me appeal again. I will stick with my boxing matches which i think added a lot of entertaining scenarios, also helps the people who want to earn money legit without being a completely associated with crime. I will also do real estate and probably some LawRP which I've always enjoyed.

I cant really prove concretely to you that i've changed, but if you give me a chance ill prove to you that i can add good organic RP without breaking a rule.
