Additional Information (Players/staff directly involved, etc): The officer had no reason to plant the evidence what so ever, he broke server rules by doing this, he was already pk'd and fired and blacklisted for this OOC reason, however, I feel like a lesson needs to be taught here and that here at NYPD we feel that this person should get punished for what he did, and he even stated he has done this multiple times, he also has a few past bans.
