After reading through your application, checking your forums and discord, I do not think your faction should be accepted for several reasons. Firstly, your faction is a legal business and right now there's more applications for those types of factions that ever, and I don't see anything unique about yours. Stocks is something that is already being done, by a faction that has a long working and operable system, they're just ACT based meaning yes they're not as active but I can say that they're still doing their job, from when I've used their services.(Antarctic INC). Moving on, you have little community presence on both the discord and forums. You might question why a faction leader would need this, but your attention to the community isn't that of a faction leaders. Faction leaders should be active and up to date with what is occurring with the server, rating other faction applications, and so. This faction brings nothing new to the server, it has only 5 members, and will simply be taking starting property that another faction could put to good use. 

I understand your concerns about Motex so I'm going to respond to your comment.
Firstly its good to have legal factions within the server and not just the same old boring crime families.
Secondly Antarctic Inc have stopped all operations, and have been very inactive for the past couple months.
As your statement saying that my attention to the community isn't that of a faction leader is very false, when I worked for the grant enterprise I was on pretty much everyday, I have since retired and have had alot more time off the server since I am no longer needing to worry about being on to sell peoples oil. More so you say that factions leaders should be active and up to date with the server, now I'm now going to tell you that I am up to date with the server and I do read everything that happens within the main discord server. Just because I may not send any messages doesn't mean I'm not actively reading through the channels.
Also our faction doesn't bring anything new but it does bring back something that the inactive faction was doing and try and make it better.

I mean your faction is low in numbers compared to other factions applications, such as the Silver Fish have plenty more member and seem as if they're worth being on the TAB menu. After all I don't know why you would need a TAB menu faction seeing how you do not require NPC's, or access to drug vendors. But adding on, yes you can read something in the discord, but getting involved and adding feedback to the community is what faction leaders are supposed to do. They lead a faction that does RP in their own way, and that matters heavily on a gamemode such as MafiaRP.

The reason why we don't have many members is I don't want to "hire" people saying we are getting a faction and then it gets denied. so I haven't been advertising the faction yet until we get approved. We have also got a business licence application ready to send if we get denied as a whole faction as an alternative. You could also ask why Antarctic Inc needs their name on the TAB menu since as far as I know they don't use any NPC's or Vendors. But getting our name on the TAB menu will get people to know who we are and it may get people to join keeping them out of crime and have more players in legal activities within the server than illegal.

Antarctic applied for a faction during a time when there was little to no competition for legal businesses. The faction applications currently are 4:12. Meaning 1/3 the people making applications right now are looking for a legal faction, 2 of which are in need of a vendor, and then a starting property for that vendor to stay at. Your faction goes off stocks, something a vendor is not required for. You state that "But getting our name on the TAB menu will get people to know who we are and it may get people to join keeping them out of crime and have more players in legal activities within the server than illegal." which is still something that doesn't make sense to me. Players shouldn't be looking in the TAB menu to be seeing whos in the city and whos not. It should be an IC interaction, advertisements (both in the discord and in game), and word of mouth. I'm sorry to say, but I do not believe this faction should be added just so you could have a slot on the TAB menu. There is a property shortage for the existing factions, to give properties to new ones is already an issue.

I get what your saying and that's why we have the backup of filling the business licence out just in case we don't get a whole faction. As for properties we don't really need one but it would be good to perhaps rent out a small office at world corp to make it more legit

Be nice to put more competition into the legal faction field. Also a stock company that yknow is on at a time i can actually get on to.
