Police Vehicles and Weapons

We should change the current police vehicle to a faster one, the one we have cant keep up with cars in police chases, when in reality police cars should be the fasted, I noticed we have some other police cars in the pack. We should also add a ESU vehicle for raids etc. If needed a staff could always spawn it in, but it would be easier to have it in the car dealer for ESU. We also have a police baton in the server and I want that to be added to the normal police locker, please and thank you.
