Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
I was banned a few days ago by Penguin over an altercation between myself, an associate and two or three other players.
I was at an ATM at the hardware store ( so was my associate) with our backs turned as we were getting items.
I heard someone behind us say something about sticking our hands up ( robbing us) so I turned around with my gun out and they shot me.
I made an admin sit saying there was RDM. There were 6 staff on and nobody took my sit.
15 minutes or so later I was driving down the street and someone in a cop car came speeding down and knocked me off the road. I got out and shot at the car. It was those guys again.
They killed me and stole my car.
I walked back from the hospital, and made my way back to the dealership to get my car back. I found them outside the pharmacy with my car. I shot at them and killed them.
I got pulled into the sit and the entire time the other guy was hurling insults at me telling Penguin to PK me because they were friends and I made a mistake, and Penguin never actually asked me my side of things and just told me I was banned for three days for NLR X2 and RDM.
I feel this was kind of unfair, and I feel like 3 days is a long time. I never have issues or cause problems on the server. If not, I'm sorry for the trouble I caused.
It's been two days. I would like to request the ban is lifted and I can continue playing.

I am a good player, never had any issues before. Just want to continue playing.
