Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):apology I understand where the guy is coming from but I have to explain the situation it was a red front event it was very chaotic people were getting run over cars were getting blown up and a lot of people were dying I was in the middle of killing a RF soilder when a car pulled up I thaught that it would run me over so I shot at it I had no time to really think about it as it was such an intense scene I killed him instantly as I was shooting guy my colleagues shot him with me and blew up the car I honestly thaught it was a guy trying to run me over as it was happening already there were at least 23 cops at the event all shooting all over the place so i couldn't wrap my head around a regular civ just wanting to drive past as the amount of gun fire would surly be an indication of not going near

Why should you be unbanned? i belive this was a mistake as i thuaght it was just another gm or random minge trying to run me over in the video there was ample time to turn around there were grenades being thrown and gunfire everywhere so i couldnt understand a car being there so i just immediately assumed it was an enemy like a red front guy or minge so i shot

+1 It was a mistake done and I can attest the part of the minge trying to run us over

Based on previous bans and a long list of warns, I concluded that the person in question was a repeat offender. I decided to give him a light 2-day ban after determining from the clip that the RDM was not a blatant accident.
