Long Answer
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Well, I’ve been thinking of applying for staff for ages now, and I figured now is a better time than ever. I’m hoping, with the new mayor elect, the server will regain some of its lost activity. My main ambition with applying is to become a GM. With Audrey’s departure I think the GM team really needs some new life, and I’m hoping I can bring some of that. I’ll also be doing tickets, obviously, but I don't think that will be my main focus.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I’ve been around MafiaRP for ages, and I think my experience with the gamemode should really help me stand out. I’ve been about at least since the Miami map back in I think 2020? I think this experience will help me make good events that are fun, that encourage roleplay on the server to take place and that structure to the needs of a faction. I also like to think of myself as someone with a level head, who can also be firm when it is required to be.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Legion Weimar, Gamemaster for as long as the server was around

Some Military RP that I can't remember the name off, 1 month
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Nope.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Yeah, I think due to the lengthy period I’ve been around most people know me. I also think I’ve got a good reputation among the community as a solid RPer, and a level head.

Problem Solving
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If somebody made a ticket about it, I would switch to my staff character fairly quickly, depending on what I’m doing. However, if I witness, or am involved with, somebody RDMing I will either A. get another staff to handle it, as I may be biased, or B. handle it myself with as little bias as I can manage..
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I’ll compile the evidence I’ve got and report it to HA+, I may make an actual staff report but only if the person who’s abusing is UA.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I really doubt this situation will arise, considering none of my IRL friends play MafiaRP. However, if this does occur, I will try and get another Staff to deal with it, or try to deal with it rulebreak with as little bias as humanly possible.
