Make it so when you kill someone you can see their char id

Yesterday I had someone break fear rp and I killed them but couldn't get their char Id to report them and I have a clip of it but their where no admins on so I have no real way to report it. So my suggestion is just when you kill someone have something show up either in chat or in the console showing their char id like what comes up when you get killed by someone

Admins can check the logs to see at what time the kill was. You just need to provide video and the approx time it happened

12:10 am for example.
