1 - Copy phone number to clipboard 

      Its always annoying having to go into your inv and checking your phone number, instead you could just copy it.

2 - Item identifier
     Easy entity inspector
         Hate when i have to search for a prop that someone has, instead if this tool was allowed to be used by anyone it would be much easier to find what prop someone built.

3 - More Player Models
          Getting kind of weird when I find my twin on every street.

4 - Let lower ranked staff members be able to host events but they have to fund them. 

5 - Bring back adv mat tool
            removing it didn't change anything, it was very useful.
