Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):  I wasnt "ERP'ing" i was typing (IN OOC) about some faggot i saw on the street who was ERPing and i typed it in OOC.  And if i was ERPing it would've been in "IC" and on the street.  And even if it the dude was joking with the /me since he said "As i slob on the knob of the nigger"

Why should you be unbanned?  I didn't fuck a man i was reporting in OOC what the fuck i overheard "IC" and the punishment should'nt be permanent since i was never warned.

I don't get what the point of lying on the appeal is. I can look into the logs and see that the exact messages you copy pasted into OOC were typed in IC chat by you 2 minutes prior. Looking into the logs of other user they never even RP in chat. Nor is there any messages with similar content.

The staff member is not required to pull you to a sit as sexual content is barred via Facepunch's Terms of Service.

Another administrator then extended your ban to permanent since you're clearly immature and don't have any intention on playing properly.

Solely going off the wording of this appeal I'd be inclined to agree.
