Why should you be unbanned?  I didnt know that if i get PKD then i cant go back on a different character. Also meta gaming? there is no proof also we wasnt meta gaming i told my mate to wait outside and if i dont come out to get vengeance. also item transfer??? idk what you mean item transfer the dude that reported me or whatever said i was using another vendor for my factions benefit when i didnt even buy a shipment or anything of the sort?

The metagaming part was getting your faction mates to firebomb the store after you were PKed. I've talked to the other people involved and told them what's up. You returning and taking part in the firebombing was the NLR part, though that rule break could be argued.
As for the item transferring, I was told by the people who PK'd you that you may be transferring items in anticipation of the PK. I checked logs and found that you had moved a Cold Commando from an old character to your new Ronnie character. The transfer was about two weeks ago.

The firebomb was some random dude. And yes the commando was a mistake but the Pk bcus of item transferring that i didnt do

Unfortunately your faction mate admitted to me that you, on your Cassano character, told him to attack the Cassanos if he heard gun shots. I also seem to remember him saying he payed or took part in the firebombing because of this order.
