Reason for ban: ARDM RDM

Length of ban: 4 days

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): When i killed the one dude it was because they had told him to leave the store serveral times and i had no idea that they were talking it out in spanish in-game so i just killed him and about the ARDM that was because Before server restart i had beef with the people in the store because i had been robbed by one of them and they kept telling me to leave the store and i seen that they were all friends so i simply threw a 76 WP Grenade through there front door that was just to crush the beef

Why should you be unbanned? I am going to start the read the rules more because i don't know all of them and i am sorry i just like playing the server and someone i try and take roleplay to another level but it doesn't go so well

Funnily enough, I have the reverse view and that didn't help your case.

As it stands, you were inside their establishment and they were inquiring if you were patted down, and you pulled a gun out and shot a random person. Separately you attempted to RDM them with two WP, with the evidence both you gave and the evidence I was given, shows ARDM.

I also revised the ban to 5 days due to the fact not more than 3 days ago you were banned for RDM and your past offences. You have recent warnings for both RDM and ARDM. You additionally admitted to violating NLR in the admin sit.

The ban I gave I will stand by, you have had numerous opportunities to read the rules within the past week at the very least.

Staff are allowed to edit their bans if they forgot to include a reason.

What I am able to gather from both situations. In the first instance where you shot a man. You don't even work at that store? You have no relation to the employees and simply killed another customer for what you thought was non compliance. Even if the person was not complying it's not your place to act in defense of a store you do not work at.

The grenade itself is obvious and even if you 'just had to pay him' you don't go break NLR or loiter around where you died.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
