I'm not really sure why this rule was added in the first place. There's only like 20-30 Faction leaders on the entire server, what reasoning is there behind taking away these flags? I can understand not granting them to the average person, but it's an essential tool for business owners to spruce up their businesses for advertisement.
And it's ESPECIALLY necessary for businesses that have unconventional buildings to work their business out of. For example, the Scrapyard or Warehouses are literally just empty lots without props to transform them into a specific business service, decoration-wise. It is the crucial difference between competitors, because if one has props and is able to bring in customers with signs that indicate what they are, while the other is basically fucked and just has to sit on an empty lot and hope that some random customer will want to wander into their lonely oasis.
Seriously, of all the things to withdraw from Faction Leaders, why take away one of the most important components of being a business owner? If the worry is props lagging out the server, then set a cap on the prop usage for each person. Otherwise, I don't see any reason that's good enough to justify stripping such an extremely important tool from those who have the MOST reason to use them.
And I don't want to hear anything about 'this rule has existed for blah blah years', that's not a valid argument to justify this at all. Again, my point is that Faction Leaders are F-U-C-K-E-D if they do not have these essential tools.
