Poll: Should you Regen stamina while you are driving?

In this bug, let's say you run for a little and lose stamina, then hop into a vehicle, you will not regain stamina while testing, as it *really* should be gaining it back while driving as really it does take stamina to drive.

I have also had this issue; I don't think this would be too hard to fix.

This issue is still relevant seven months later. I'm unable to regain stamina while in a car.
