playtime on Server: I first joined the server back on its grand opening on my cousins PC long story short I had a friend refer me to the server I was at my cousins I joined enjoyed it. After getting my new PC I joined the server 3-4 days ago again. However I have countless hours on sever such as MP which is similar to the server in many ways and is better in MANY more aspects
Time Zone: GMT/BMT.
How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: I'm on from 12pm GMT to 2am GMT most nights so I could well easily do 3-6 hours minimum at staffing, I love RP however if i'm doing nothing i'll be dedicated to staffing the server
Have you read the rules?: Yes several times I've also got it favourited so I can easily access it
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes
Do you acknowledge that you must attend all staff meetings (Unless you have stated why you cannot beforehand): Of course staff organisation is a must and being informed on new things such as rules is a must.
Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: I've only worked with NS very loosely I was staff on an old half life server, I'm more acquainted with ULX
Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: I have no reason to lie, mafia RP is my favourite gamemode and seeing the sever covered with minges is rather annoying hence why I applied I've heard people voice their distain for minges and I feel the same the sever is amazing at times however sometimes it's ruined by minges who have no intention on roleplaying.
Note: I may not be well acquainted with NS or SAM however I have a lot experience staffing in general as I've said I've played Gmod for 7 years now and in those years I have been staff on countless severs I was staff on Requiem gaming an old HL2 RP sever and countless small severs on dark rp/star wars so in-general I'd hold myself to a high regard when it comes to staffing however as I've said countless times commands for NS I'm not well versed in. I want to apply as I'm an EU player and in this "downtime" for lack of a better term small amounts of minges get away with RDM fear RP fail RP in these times and their crimes go unpunished, as I am on the sever all day nearly everyday with breaks of course I want to put myself out there and help the playerbase. It's no good bitching about staff if you have no intention on for filling their role if I'm accepted I'd be eager to learn the commands so I can do a better job as a staff member.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I really enjoy the server and the experience the server can supply, in the short time I've played on the server I've grown to really enjoy the experience the server offers. However the good is heavily outweighed by the bad at the minute as an EU player I've seen and experienced a lot of minging going unpunished and quite frankly it's a shame. I've seen many players vocalise they're sick of the lack of staff on the server at one time which I sympathise with as well who wants to dedicate time on a sever that not on-purpose lets minges get away with what they're doing? No one does. I want to join the staff team to help flatten the fail RP and RDM that is frequent on the server IE yesterday the cops went on a rampage slaughtering civilians or just the more common fear RP break that is frequently seen by new players which just ruins the experience for everyone involved. People loosing a gun can be quite disheartening for the causal player then the person who killed them getting away with RDMing them only pours salt on the wound. What am I trying to say? As someone who really really enjoys the server and wants to see it grow and thrive I want to help flatten the minging that is ever so common at the minute. I have no ill intentions the community for the most part is friendly and the casual RP that goes on such as the serman in the bar yesterday was amazing to see however it was ruined by minges. I just want to help qualm the minging and also just dive in the community a little more.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I offer several things i'll keep it short and simple. My time & my experience. I'm very active on the sever and a lot of that is just sitting around doing fuck all talking to people in this time I could be helping players. I'm not hear to be a mod and never be active I'll be an active mod sharing both time for RP and staffing 50/50 so I can enjoy myself and also help others play.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No in the little time i've been here I've had a clean slate and I'll keep it that way.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'm not a well known member of the community in most communiteis I like to keep my head down and lay low, last time I involved myself in a community I was falsely brought into drama and lost my rank and was community banned. I'd like to keep it the same on here if I'm being honest I don't want to be held above anyone else I just want to play and have fun or ban people who're hindering the fun of other players.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A however I would like to make it clear Milkman is doing an excellent job as a mod, I know this isn't the right place to be saying this but I want to make it known.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If i'm not in an RP situation and no other staff members are online i'll go on duty and sort out the situation myself however if I know there is other staff on the sever I'll contact them and see if they're busy.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'll voice it to UA it's all well and good having a staff rank but if you're doing nothing with it what's the point in having the rank at all.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Put the server over petty friendships I doubt if I ban after them purposely breaking the rules they'll have a problem with me. They should acknowledge I'm a mod and they should realise I'd happily stop their fun if it means other people aren't having fun due to their actions. I've seen this on servers such as Typhon and Werewolf gaming where favouritism is put above normal staffing and it's very annoying to see and damages the reputation of severs.

NOTE: I know my time spent on the server is very little however I'm willing to take the role seriously and I'll try and do the best job I can do for the betterment of the RP and the sever. However if my inexperience with staffing on NS based severs is an issue and you don't want me in your staff team because of that I completely understand however I'm keen to learn and help better the sever
