Why should they be returned?: I have taken these last months to reflect on my actions and re-re-read the rules so i am now well aquinted with what I can and cant do. I will follow them to the best of my abilities again Thankyou for being paitient with me

I believe that over these rough-100 days it would reasonable for you to have learnt the error of your ways and instead use these flags within the rules of the server. Remember, these are special privileges that should not be abused. The next time that they are, if at all, will result in another blacklist.
