Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I have no dispute. I just want to overall apologize for what I said. Nothing justifies the words that got me banned regardless of circumstance/context. I shouldn’t have said what I said. What prompted me (NOT justifying) to break the server rules and say what I said was honestly me being reactionary to the person (who is Ukrainian) which they let out a private conversation I had with them in a public VC for everyone to hear. In turn, I, unfortunately, harassed him because of his ethnicity by essentially saying I hope your family dies in the bombings in Ukraine. (which this person does have family in Ukraine so it was extra personal). I understand that it is extremely horrid for anyone to say, especially given the current conflict in Ukraine even if it's said over in a discord VC (which it was). I was rightfully pked and kicked from the faction. Honestly, that whole situation that sparked my offensive rhetoric is petty bullshit that didn’t need to be taken seriously but I wrongfully took it that way, and I’m very ashamed that I took it to the level I did. Also, I’ll clarify to get this out the way that I’m no Russian supporter. Their government has gone way too far, killing civilians and turning its own people against them. I don’t support that, I support Ukraine, a sovereign nation under attack by an unprovoked invasion. I want to publicly apologize to the person, Moony/Harley for saying offensive/hateful words wishing death on your family, it's not right for anyone to say that to some person regardless of anything that was said before I said that. I also want to apologize to Pendred and the staff team for breaking the global rules. I also want to apologize to Pendred for sending a livid dm after I was only mad that he didn’t see my side but I realized that didn’t matter because I broke the rules. 


Why should you be unbanned?
I think I should be unbanned in due time. I’ve come to a realization over the past couple of weeks since I’ve been banned and I’ve been thinking about my actions that lead me up to this very situation, it's not easy and honestly, I’m stubborn but I will admit that but sometimes to be at peace with yourself, you have to admit that your faults when you're actually wrong. Which I was and I’ll apologize again to the offended person, including the staff team and Pendred and anyone that got offended by my awful rhetoric. I understand that I have a pretty bad history and have been perma banned two times prior. But that was because of my mingy past that I have gotten the hang of now. Therefore, I think I should be unbanned in a good amount of weeks or a month or two. I was gonna take a break from Diverge and make an appeal down the line but I realized I miss this community already. Yet, I can’t get off that easily, therefore I (in my opinion) should get banned for a lighter time instead of indefinitely. Though that is not up to me, regardless of wherever the verdict is, I’m sorry for what I said and causing this situation to unfold and hope someday, people will realize what I actually believe. And what I stand for.
