What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  You guys need to have staff in europe region so i am volenteering. Im honnest im not motivated or anything i just want to give you an helping hand.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I beable to be much online and can behave as an adult.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would look if another staff memeber is on duty and if she/he is doing someting about it. If not ill go onduty and look what is going on.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Record it make an compilation of the rules je break and send it to the highest ranking staff member i can think of.

A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would not instantly ban him but put him in an private discord call and explain the situation that he does and explain him if i dont take action that ill be punished and that he needs to under stand to stop doing what he is doing. if he proceed those actions ill threat him as an usual player

Yeah sorry i spent 15 minutes on this one and im not gonna make an 30 minute aplication if you need help with moderating im gladly to help you guys out but im not gonna spend my whole day making an post. All questions are however awnserd and this is i think enough.
