I had been in La Compania for the past month now i had not been able to play just until 2 weeks ago because the graphics card in my Pc Had gone bad. that night i joined La Compania is the night when my graphics card broke so i had not been able to play for a long time and when i was joining the faction they didn't tell me anything about leaving it that i would be killed. and they didn't tell me about kickups until a week later when my pc was still broke and i had got a discord message from someone about paying 10k kickups and i clearly couldn't do it because i had no graphics card and i told him that my pc was messed up right now and then they said okay then your going to have to pay up 20k next week and it make me really mad because i couldn't play the server to pay and they tried lying and saying that they told me about kickups when i first joined and that was a lie so i got mad and said fuck you and left the discord. and this is my first time being in a Faction they didn't tell me any rules like kickups and if i leave i will be killed/pked the only rules i had been told about is that if i rob someone that is a big no no and that they would have a big talk with me about that and that i could possibly be killed/pked. Thats all i have to say i hope whoever is looking at this Appeal also understands where i am coming from this is my friend time joining a faction and they didn't even tell me they key rules again i hope whoever is looking at this understands.

Hello, I was the admin who oversaw the PK. The reason I oversaw the PK was because the Don of the faction ordered the hit and it met the criteria of our PK guidelines. Unfortunately your inability to play doesn't excuse the guidelines and kickups can hit the PK amount. Per the evidence I was given, the Don also ordered this hit as he stated you were disrespectful to the high command of the faction. I assume this is the "fuck you" you speak of, but the circumstances you have explained still do not excuse the faction rules and their expectation for the kickups you owe. I was new once as well and was in this same position, so I understand the frustration, however from what I was given and told, it was valid. I encourage you to keep playing and learning, there is a bit to find out about being in factions and I hope this hasn't discouraged you from continuing playing.

I'm sorry to tell you but i remember so clearly that i read you our rules what specific day they are gonna need to be paid on what ID to send it on and you were cool with it until the day came and started disrespecting high command and then when we sorted it out you stated "I'm not paying shit fuck you all" and left the discord
