Name of Character: Luther Leviticus

Why should you be unPK'd?:
The story is a bit complicated but I will try my best to clarify it.
My character was originally Dutch Montgomery, whom was PK'd and after appealing, I was allowed to keep the character but not the name and backstory. My name was set to Kamden Mcleod at random and I was removed from the Gambino faction. After logging back in, I asked an admin for a name change prompt to choose a name for myself and he refused and told me that he was going to set my name back to what it was originally, so he set my name back to Dutch Montgomery and after I asked they allowed me to be transferred back to the faction, which shouldn't have happened.
I spoke with members of the faction in their discord and at first they seemed open to the idea of me rejoining them but later they told me that I wasn't allowed to rejoin, and so they kicked me from their discord and apparently set a hit on my character. Since Dutch was supposed to be dead anyway, I asked once again for a name change and was allowed to set my name to Luther Leviticus, whom was a totally new character and completely unaffiliated with the faction but was left in it after being renamed. I played the entire day with friends on the server, unaffiliated with any gang, and early in the morning was RDM'd in a random traffic incident to see a PK screen for my character.
I will admit that I made a mistake in allowing for the admin to set my name back to Dutch, but I clarified to him that I was given a name PK and was meant to start fresh but instead when he set me back I just kinda accepted it and moved on. This was a mistake on my part as I knew that I had to start fresh but when he told me he was gonna set it back I was glad to have my character back, although I shouldn't have received it back, as this was an error.
The situation is complicated but my character Luther Leviticus was essentially PK'd in place of Dutch for being affiliated with the faction. I will admit to my mistake in the situation and regret that however the new character had no gang affiliation whatsoever, received no IC death, and started something totally different in character.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:
No video, there was no IC death. I had played the entire day on the character and early in the morning, I was RDM'd and saw that I was in the PK screen.
