Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I am capable of helping a lot of people in the server who are new. I have done some questionable stuff but I have accepted the consequences and learned my lesson. I am an active player, and also a well known person in the community. I have been playing for a good period of time, I have a lot of experience and know the rules and I have a good background staffing on other servers. I recognize almost every command that is useful on the server. I accept criticism from everyone and I improve on myself from the criticism. I will be fair and unbiased to everyone doesn't matter if someone is my friend or we know each other from somewhere. I am also very respectful to everyone, this excludes arguments with me and my friends that are mostly for fun. . I will treat people with kindness and honesty. .
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have been playing since the day the server launched. I am also an experienced player due to my playtime on the server . I am also European meaning I will be active at the time most staff members are asleep because they are N/A. I can be active and take care of people minging and breaking server rules.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Police RP (Senior Admin) resigned TTT-Moderator(resigned)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yeah two times for item transfer but now I am crystal clear.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:I would say that I am very known in the community due to my FBI and PD character as I have roleplayed on both characters. I am also known from my criminal character since I do not main one side, I like to explore both sides, Criminal and Police. And I have gotten some respect by other players. I have helped new people on the server as they have asked me how they can make money and from where they can start and I have assisted them to their journey.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would grab his ID or check from logs go on my Staff character bring him and the victim. Listen to both sides , asks for evidence, I would check notes/warnings also logs and I will make a decision of punishment.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I will get proof and will send it to a UA+ so they can deal/handle with the staff member.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would deal with him like an normal player. I will give him an appropriate punishment and time. I do not look forward to be a bias staff member. I will also tell him to read the rules carefully
