Organization Backstory

     Ninkyo Dantai, the Yakuza, are thought to originate from 1603-1869, and mostly sold stolen goods. As time went on, the Yakuza began to produce and distribute drugs, mainly Methamphetamine, and as a result many Yakuza members started to show up in various prisons across Asia. In Japan, they mainly managed gambling houses as well as merchandising and loan sharking. During the 1960s, the Yakuza had a large presence in the United States in major cities such as: New York City, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Chicago, Seattle, and Los Angeles. In New York, they had good relations with many Korean gangs, Chinese Triads, and Vietnamese gangs. Vietnamese gangs were used due to their muscle, and used them for violence against others. The Vietnamese were very skilled in their abilities, and the Yakuza became very interested in their shoot-outs and home invasions in the 1980s. This solidified their presence in New York City, and helped keep production and distribution of their drugs safe. 

     The Yakuza used Hawaii as a midway station to smuggle Methamphetamine into the United States and move to multiple cities from the West coast to the East coast. Even though Meth was an important drug to import for a profit, they also smuggled firearms out of the country to Japan. The Yakuza in this part of the city mainly focus on distributing Methamphetamine for profit. The Yakuza doesn't allow harming of civilians, and will help in most cases, example being the Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami. Though Yakuza does not enjoy what most enjoy (killing/robbing civilians) we will act with aggression if necessary.
