What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation for applying to Staff is to set a good reputation for the server by making sure no rdms or minges or players that just come into servers to be headaches to other players by ruining their fun time & not following the server rules & to make sure all players are comfortable and safe to have fun on the server & my reason is because I see alot be going on in the server and willing to give other staff members less stress off their backs and help out with many of the tickets that they get back to back from problems with other players that are not following the rules of the server …
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I’m willing to make sure the players on the server can have a fun place to play without any minges or players that love to rdm and just disturb and make others players play time unfun cause many people on this server enjoys playing Diverge south side server and I wanna make sure that all players can have fun in the server in rp mode and give the server good complements cause At the end of the day it’s our job as future staff to make sure all players are safe to have fun during their play time without any distractions
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No I do not have any staff experience
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I was banned twice for fail rp and to be honest I can’t remember the last ban I got from a couple months ago
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: . I’ll say my reputation in the community is some what good besides from criminals negative thoughts cause of me being an officer , everyone else likes me and respects me a lot and I’m well known around the community get much love from the positive people of the community as well

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: .First I would take a clip of the incident for evidence and make a ticket and let one of the fellow staff members that’s on duty know about the situation and send the video evidence so the person can be punished for his inappropriate actions
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: .clip the incident and let a higher command know about the situation and send them the clip of the evidence and let them handle the situation. Arguing about it with the person will make it worse
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would let them know that they are in the wrong and will have to do my job and ban them for 5 or more days for they inappropriate behavior and tell them read the rules before they come back and come back with an appropriate behavior
